About the Role
Were seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic and supportive school district team in Fort Myers, FL. This full-time, on-site position serves students across elementary and secondary grade levels, providing essential communication and language support to help each student reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy in accordance with IEP goals.

Conduct evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success.

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with district and state standards.

Document services and progress accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.

Active Florida SLP License through the Department of Health (DOH) or eligibility to obtain prior to start.

ASHA CCCs preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.

School-based experience preferred but not required.
